Scales First UAE Film Released in US
Image Nation Abu Dhabi’s acclaimed feature film Scales is now screening in cinemas across the United States, making it the first United Arab Emirate film to have a commercial release in the US. The film is screening at the IFC Center in New York and Laemmle cinemas in Los Angeles.

All existing sites have been converted to Vista Cinema’s software suite, including Film Manager, full food and beverage management tools together with new application, Serve, and the extensive Vista Loyalty functionalities.

After achieving critical acclaim during an award-winning tour of global film festivals, Image Nation Abu Dhabi’s feature film Scales (Sayidat Al Bahr) will be screening in cinemas in Saudi Arabia this week, after it was picked up by Saudi distributor Cinewaves Films. Viewers will be able to experience the debut film from Saudi Arabian writer-director Shahad Ameen in cinemas across Riyadh, Jeddah, Tabuk, Jizan and the Eastern Province in its first theatrical release.
