The Trusted Partner Network today announced the launch of its enhanced program with a new membership model, application, and cloud content security assessments, and the TPN+ platform. TPN, which is fully owned by the Motion Picture Association, is leveraging the updated MPA Content Security Best Practices v5.0 to expand its scope to include software application and cloud security in addition to site and work-from-home security assessments.

AMC Changes its Role in Saudi Arabia
AMC has reached an agreement to transition from a management and investment role in the Saudi Cinema Company to a pure licensing relationship. The current AMC Cinemas and future locations operated by SCC will retain the AMC Cinemas name and other IP through a licensing agreement.
Rolando B. Rodriguez to Receive 2023 NATO Marquee Award
The National Association of Theatre Owners will honor Rolando B. Rodriguez, chairman of NATO and senior advisor to The Marcus Corporation and Influx, with the 2023 NATO Marquee Award during this year’s CinemaCon. The announcement was made by Mitch Neuhauser, managing director of CinemaCon.

CJ 4DPlex has announced that 20th Century Studios, Lightstorm Entertainment and James Cameron's Avatar: The Way of Water has become the highest grossing release of all-time in its immersive formats 4DX and ScreenX. In those formats to date the film has earned $85 million worldwide.
CinemaNext’s Jerry Murdoch Steps Down; Jordan Bedding to Replace
After a 22-year career in cinema, Jerry Murdoch, CinemaNext country manager, UK & Ireland, has announced his plans to retire. He will step down as country manager this month to be replaced by current CinemaNext UK sales manager Jordan Bedding. Over the next few months, Murdoch will reduce his hours, and will spend his time supporting and assisting Bedding with the transition before assuming a newly created role within the group until he fully retires.
Cinemark Oscar Movie Week Festival Runs March 6-12
Cinemark is bringing back the all-inclusive festival pass for its annual Oscar Movie Week festival. In theatres from March 6-12, the festival gives moviegoers the chance to experience this year’s Best Picture and Best Live Action and Animated Short Film nominees in advance of Hollywood’s biggest night, when the 95th Oscars air March 12 on ABC. The festival is being held at more than 120 participating Cinemark theatres nationwide.
Sardarshahar Gets First Movie Screen in Fifteen Years
Bollywood veteran Satish Kaushik on Friday inaugurated a first-of-its-kind inflatable digital theatre in Sardarshahar town of Rajasthan's Churu district. The theatre was installed by PictureTime Digiplex. After the opening ceremony, the new theatre featured a screening of superstar Shah Rukh Khan's spy thriller Pathaan.
