Technicolor-PostWorks New York recently completed final post-production work for Last Weekend, a dark comedy from first-time directors Tom Dolby and Tom Williams. Martin Zeichner applied the final grade to the film, the story of an upscale family’s Labor Day holiday at their estate in Northern California.

Screenvision to Distribute The United States of Football

DigiNext, a joint venture between Digital Cinema Destinations and Nehst Media Enterprises, released The United States of Football on August 23. A nationwide release to the more than 120 member theatres in the Screenvision network will happen August 30 and September 6. It is the first film in DigiNext’s 2013-2014 slate of twelve features.

Digital Arts NY provides 4K picture and sound finishing services for feature films and high-end TV productions within its 12,000 square foot facility. The company recently launched what Axel Ericson, the founder and owner, feels is the first true 4K infrastructure on the East Coast for full 4K digital cinema finishing, including a new, landmark audio mixing environment.
