Share Dimension Opens U.S. Office, Adds Executives

Share Dimension has opened an office in Los Angeles and appointed several people to support the fast growing global organization. Christiane Ducasse has been appointed vice president, sales and business development, North America. The company is also announcing new members of their finance team, located in Europe. Dennis Siemelink will be global finance controller and Simona Bota, finance administrator. Matt Klosinski, account manager and product specialist, is also joining the Los Angeles office.

O’Connor Joins Screenvision Media Event Cinema Team

Screenvision Media has named Craig O’Connor director of distribution, event cinema. His addition to the Screenvision Media team comes in time for the company’s first highly anticipated event cinema program following their re-launch in partnership with Kaos Connect, premiering May 2016. In his new role, O’Connor will be responsible for the distribution strategy of all event cinema programs.

Deluxe Appoints Stefan Sonnenfeld Chief Creative Officer

Sonnenfeld will to drive the artistic strategy that defines the Deluxe brand and ensure that the company houses and develops the best creative talent across color, VFX and editorial for film, TV and commercials. He’ll continue to color film and commercial projects and play a senior role in the development of new customer relationships to grow Deluxe’s creative business in North America.

UK Colorist Adam Inglis Joins Post Factory NY

British colorist Adam Inglis, whose credits include such features as Far From the Madding Crowd, Mr. Turner and Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, as well as the television mini-series Wolf Hall, has allied with Post Factory NY, a Sim Group company, for U.S.-based feature and television projects. He has already completed two projects through Post Factory NY, performing final grading for the independent films Little Men and Breakable You.

Nadaud Appointed Managing Director Pathé Live

Caspar Nadaud has been appointed managing director of Pathé Live. He succeeds Thierry Fontaine who now holds the title president. Nadaud, 34 years old, started in 2007 as the sales and distribution manager of Arts Alliance Media, one of the leading international theatrical distributors of Event Cinema. From 2012 on he was the director of international sales and business development.

Graeme Parcher Named GM of Sim Digital Los Angeles

The Sim Group has appointed former Kodak executive Graeme Parcher as general manager of the Los Angeles office of its SIM Digital division, a supplier of camera systems and related gear to motion picture and television productions. Parcher will oversee operations, manage relations with studios, independent producers and other key clients, and develop strategies for growth.

Philippe Panzini Named Codex Vice President

Codex has named Philippe Panzini vice president, user experience. Best known as the chief technology officer at Discreet Logic Panzini was instrumental in designing the first version of Flame. In 1998 he was a co-recipient of an Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences Science and Engineering Award for the development and implementation of the Flame and Inferno software. After taking on a key role in the acquisition of Discreet Logic by Autodesk he then worked with Apple’s imaging products group on forward-looking technologies, particularly in the areas of improving the user experience and designing user interfaces.
