Signiant today announced the company will showcase a revolutionary new transport architecture that furthers its mission to enable fast, secure global transport of media, in the Innovation Zone at the upcoming HPA Tech Retreat UK.
Held July 11-13 at Heythrop Park Resort in Oxfordshire, UK, the second annual HPA Tech Retreat UK invites industry innovators and experts from the UK, Europe and Hollywood to gather for three days to discuss how constantly evolving technology is creating exciting opportunities and fresh challenges in the capture, creation and distribution of content.
Open for private appointments during Wednesday, July 12 and Thursday, July 13, attendees at the Innovation Zone will get an early look at the newest and most compelling tools, technologies and products. First showcased at HPA Tech Retreat LA, this new Signiant technology is capable of delivering data to cloud object storage at multiple gigabits per second via HTTP. Speed is at the core of what Signiant does and this newly patented, standards-based architecture strengthens the company’s position as a market leader in file acceleration.
In addition to its participation in the Innovation Zone, Signiant’s CTO, Ian Hamilton, will host a breakfast roundtable on Thursday, July 13, to discuss Optimizing Transfer of Live File-based Video to Public Clouds.
