AMIA Launches Diversity and Inclusion Fellowship Program

The Association of Moving Image Archivists has launched the AMIA Diversity and Inclusion Fellowship Program a new initiative designed to expand career opportunities, advance learning objectives and guide professionals from groups that have been traditionally underrepresented in the field of audiovisual archiving and preservation.

HPA Forms Industry Recovery Task Force

The Hollywood Professional Association, the trade organization serving the professional community providing expertise, support, tools and infrastructure for the creation and finishing of media content, has announced the formation of the HPA Industry Recovery Task Force. The task force will focus on the sustainable resumption of the production and post-production industry service sector with the aim of understanding how to enable content creation in an evolving world impacted by the pandemic.
