CinemaWest and Continental Development Corporation have announced that CinemaWest Beach Cities, a luxury movie theatre in El Segundo, will officially open its doors on February 13, perfectly timed to coincide with the highly anticipated premiere of Captain America: Brave New World. The theatre – replacing the shuttered Arclight Cinemas located in CDC’s Continental Park mixed-used development in El Segundo – was completely reimagined, featuring flagship ScreenX and 4DX auditoriums, an all-new updated opulent interior, reappointed auditoriums retrofitted with luxury recliner seating throughout, and a streamlined online ticket and concession-buying experience.

Severtson Screens will showcase its SeVision 3D GX Giant Electric Motorized Cinema Projection Screen line during CinemaCon 2025, which is being held in at Caesars Palace March 31 to April 3 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
