Philadelphia-based event cinema distributor SpectiCast Entertainment has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Rising Alternative. "The acquisition of Rising Alternative tremendously enhances our presence in the event cinema marketplace," said Mark Rupp, president of SpectiCast.
