TicketSearch North America has promoted Devon Danté Daniels to the position of regional business development manager.
In his new role, Daniels will be responsible for identifying new markets, determining an organization’s box office operational needs, and providing insight on how the TicketSearch system can be leveraged to improve revenue. He will help TicketSearch grow within Guyana, the Caribbean, and the Southeastern United States.
“With his unique understanding of the TicketSearch system, positive attitude, and sales background, Devon has the right capabilities to reach and engage a larger market to facilitate the growth of the company. Since joining TicketSearch in 2021 as the senior product support specialist, Daniels consistently proved himself as a valuable addition to the team. Not long after starting with TicketSearch North America, Daniels’ hard work and determination earned him the role of product support manager. He’s provided fast, thorough, and intuitive support for TicketSearch customers along with streamlining client implementation, training processes, and building the system knowledgebase.
