Last week Australia’s EVT (entertainment, ventures, travel) opened the doors to Imax Sydney, which the company says has the third largest cinema screen in the world. The Imax Sydney screen spans 692 square meters, has a 1.43 aspect ratio, presents up to 40 percent more picture, providing an unparalleled experience for cinema lovers and is equipped with Laser by Imax projection technology.

Imax Sydney features Event Cinemas' bespoke food and beverage Marketplace, providing a selection of essential candy bar treats, a full-service bar, and a relaxing lounge area for patrons to enjoy before a film.
