Screenvision has announced seven changes to its sales and marketing team.
“Coming off of a successful upfront event where Screenvision launched major initiatives focusing on targeting and content, we are excited about the positive momentum we’ve seen and heightened interest amongst advertisers,” said Katy Loria, executive vice president, national advertising sales, Screenvision. “Now that we have clarity on our future as an independent company, we continue to strategically grow our team with high-caliber individuals who bring a wide-range of industry knowledge, from TV ad planning, buying, and sales, to strategy.”
The appointments include:
Christine Martino from Vice President of National Ad Sales, Eastern to Senior Vice President of National Ad Sales
Tracy Kain from Vice President of National Sales, based in Detroit to Vice President of National Sales, Western Region & Detroit Region
Andrew Gyves as Senior Director of National Accounts
Laura Griffith as National Account Executive, Detroit
Eric Nathanson as National Account Executive, Western Region
Matt Wiesenfeld as National Account Executive, New York
Celeste Roman as Sales Service Executive, New York
Christine Martino now oversees the company’s national cinema advertising sales team and has been a key leader within the sales organization during her seven years at Screenvision. She previously led partnership sales and most recently the New York sales office. Prior to Screenvision, she was a key member of the Zoom Media sales team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University and is based in New York.
Tracy Kain brings nearly 20 years of experience in media and advertising sales to her new leadership role for the west coast. While leading national sales in Detroit, she shepherded multi-million-dollar cinema advertising programs for auto clients. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and will be based in Los Angeles.
Andrew Gyves joins Screenvision after more than 25 years at CNN, most recently as Vice President of Sales, where he oversaw sales initiatives across the brand, including television, place-based, digital, and on-line video. He earned his Bachelor’s degree at Manhattan College and is based in New York.
Laura Griffith joins Screenvision from Metro Parent Publishing where she was responsible for developing multimedia programs for sponsors, blending online, social event and print properties. She was previously in video and TV ad sales at the ECAST Network, Oxygen Network and MTV Networks. She will be based in Detroit.
Eric Nathanson joins Screenvision as a National Account Executive in the Western Region. Eric comes to Screenvision with a wealth of media experience specializing in TV, digital, mobile and social. His past experiences include ReelzChannel, NFL, Comcast Networks launching G4TV, Disney Internet and CNN. Eric earned his Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and is based in Los Angeles.
Matt Wiesenfeld joins Screenvision from MediaVest, where he spent the last seven years working as a broadcast negotiator on numerous high-profile accounts on the agency side. During his time there, he amassed a strong repertoire of category experience though his work on national brands. Matt earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and is based in New York.
Celeste Roman joins Screenvision as a Sales Service Executive in New York City. She came to Screenvision from Nickelodeon where she worked as a Junior Account Executive for the sales team. Prior to that, Celeste held positions at Zenith and Initiative, and brings six years of video and TV buying experience to her new role. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at New York Institute of Technology and is based in New York.
