China Film Company, one of the leading Chinese motion picture and television companies, today issued a press statement to the Shanghai stock exchange announcing its intent to acquire a 15 percent stake in Ymagis SA’s common stock.
Webedia has acquired a majority stake in UK-based cinema web development and digital marketing specialists Peach Digital Limited.
The company believes the acquisition of Peach will reinforce Webedia’s existing assets in Europe and the US. It will add the Peach Cinema Web Platform, featuring the middleware application that is central to Peach’s online cinema offering.
Arts Alliance Media is providing theatre management system software and support to the 2017 Sundance Film Festival. After a successful multi-site trial, Omniplex Cinema Group has entered into an agreement with Dublin based Unique Digital for the circuit wide implementation of RosettaBridge Theatre Management System, RosettaNet eTMS and Basekey KDM management systems.
