PVR Inox is opening a six-screen cinema at the Mall of Faridabad in Haryana.
The cinema has been equipped with 4K laser projection and features five premiere auditoriums with celebrity recliners that also come equipped with Dolby Atmos sound, and 3D technology.
With this theatre, PVR Inox now operates 1,732 screens across 363 properties in 113 cities spanning India and Sri Lanka.
The company plans to solidify its foothold in Haryana with 94 screens in 23 properties, keeping up its expansion in the northern part of India with 469 screens in 104 properties.
Ajay Bijli, managing director of PVR Inox, said that the company is excited to announce that their sixth multiplex is now open in the bustling Faridabad market. This latest cinema introduces the first P[XL] with laser projection in Faridabad, providing an immersive cinematic experience for movie lovers in the city.
On March 1, the company launched 18 screens across two multiplexes – 14 in Pune and four in Patna.
The company has also reopened the iconic Sangam cinema in Andheri East, which features 2K projection and Dolby 7.1 audio.
