Cineplex, one of Canada’s largest entertainment and media companies, has announced that it will install Unique X theatre management system software across its enterprise. The agreement continues Unique X’s expansion into the North American cinema market.

The combination of Unique X’s RosettaBridge TMS, RosettaNet eTMS, Movie Transit DCP delivery network and Advertising Accord on-screen advertising manager will deliver a fully automated, networked advertising system to Cineplex’s network of 165 theatres from coast-to-coast. It will also be offered to the Company’s exhibitor partners and independent theatres represented by Cineplex Media, its business division dedicated to media sales, engagement and advertising solutions.
Cineplex is Canada’s largest and most innovative film exhibitor, welcoming more than 70 million guests annually through its circuit of theatres across the country. The new agreement with Unique X announced today will enable the creation of custom advertising packages, automating the cinema advertising process and delivering ad content directly to the screen.
