Three initial subtenant companies have signed lease agreements and will soon relocate into the recently launched 32Ten Studios in San Rafael California. Tim Partridge president/CEO and Greg Maloney COO of 32Ten Studios made the announcement. The new tenants include RipplFX Jessen Productions and commercial production company GB-Films. RipplFX is a mobile app developer and trans-media production company currently building a library of content for distribution across multiple platforms for books games and films. When I was introduced to 32Ten I knew it would be the perfect environment to grow our operations. We are proud and excited to be part of this creative community and the legacy that has come before and continues today. Charles Jessen is a 28-year advertising veteran having worked for ad agencies DDB BBDO and Young & Rubicam on such accounts as Chevron Clorox Microsoft and Apple.
