Cinema Park, the leading nationwide multiplex chain in Russia, and Ymagis Group today announced the completion of the installation of a Barco DP4K-60L 4K laser projection system at the Cinema Park Mega Khimki location in Moscow. The projector equips the Premium Large Format Super D auditorium, which boasts a 17.7-meter wide screen and a seating capacity of 376.

The companies say it is the first laser projector installed in the Asia-Pacific region. The goal is to get a proper understanding of the projector’s operation in preparation of a more extensive rollout across the group’s halls and theaters.
