Showcase Cinemas has upgraded its outdated signage system through a collaboration with Deal Media and Phillips.

ARHT Media has signed an agreement to install ten Capsule holographic displays in PVR Cinema theatres in India. The agreement is expected to result in four locations being installed in late 2022 and six additional locations in early 2023.
Showcase Cinemas today announced the official opening of its newest theatre, the Showcase Cinema de Lux Hanover Crossing, in Hanover, Massachusetts. Velocity has purchased the digital media and signage assets of Cinema Scene from Vision Media. The purchase includes a digital signage ad network within the lobbies of 227 theaters with 376 screens, digital menu boards in 142 theaters, and 10 story walls in 10 theaters.
Supercines, Ecuador’s largest cinema chain, has opened a 16-screen multiplex in the city of Guayaquil. Located in the Riocentro Ceibos shopping mall, the new Supercines Ceibos, can seat 3,034 spectators, making it the biggest in the country.
