Goldcrest Post provided post-production services for three films screening at this year’s Sundance Film Festival. They include Academy Award–nominee Ramin Bahrani’s documentary 2nd Chance, Tia Lessin and Emma Pildes’ documentary The Janes and director Ricky D’Ambrose’s narrative film The Cathedral. The 2022 Sundance Film Festival takes place as a fully virtual event January 20-30.

Sound editorial and mixing for Ghostbusters: Afterlife was based at Sony Pictures Post Production Services where a veteran crew led by supervising sound editor/re-recording mixer Will Files, supervising sound editor Perry Robertson and re-recording mixer Mark Paterson faced the formidable challenge of following in the footsteps of a legend. Released in 1984, the original Ghostbusters is among the most beloved comedies of all time and elements of the film, including many of its signature sounds, are etched in the minds of movie fans around the globe.

Vaudeville Sound Group Celebrates Fifteenth Anniversary

For 15 years, Vaudeville Sound Group has been serving London as a premier global post-production house for TV, film, broadcast, gaming and documentary work. As the film’s gruesome story unravels, sound plays a pivotal role in telling the tale. But that was not without its challenges.
