Fathom Events has announced its slate of titles for the upcoming first-ever Fathom's Big Screen Classics series. The series will run throughout 2023, celebrating the anniversaries of 11 of Hollywood's most beloved motion pictures and the debut of a newly restored print of the enduring 1942 classic Casablanca.
BTS: Yet to Come in Cinemas will be presented by Hybe, Trafalgar Releasing, and CJ 4DPlex in theatres globally from February 1 for a limited time across more than one hundred countries and territories. The events on February 4 will be dedicated to Light Stick Screenings, where audiences can celebrate using the band's signature illuminated merchandise.

Imax and Pathe Live recently brought the French pop-rock band Indochine to Imax screens. It was the first recorded music event to be released through the Filmed for Imax program and topped the French box office in wide release surpassing Disney/Marvel's Black Panther: Wakanda Forever on the same day. Continuing with Imax-exclusive encores throughout the weekend, the concert film was also the top new opener in the market.

The Hemisfèric, part of the cultural and scientific complex at the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia, Spain, has installed a Christie CP4450-RGB pure laser cinema projector in its main theatre. It is the biggest screen of its kind in Spain, with a concave dome covering 900 square meters (9687 square feet) and 24 meters (79 feet) in diameter. Christie’s partner Ingevideo installed the projector.
Fathom Events and the Metropolitan Opera announced an agreement today to renew The Met: Live in HD series, extending a cultural tradition that has delivered scores of performances from the Met's stage at New York's Lincoln Center directly to cinema screens nationwide since 2006.
The Chosen Season 3, presented by Fathom Events, opened in theatres across the United States November 18 and, its producers say, was expected to do very well at the box office.
