Ymagis Group today announced the conclusion of its acquisition of OpenSky’s theatrical content delivery activities dedicated to cinema exhibition, OpenSky Cinema, in accordance with the agreement signed November 30, 2016. All related business assets have been incorporated into a new entity named Open Sky Cinema SRL (Vicenza), which oversees the Ymagis Group’s portfolio of content services activities in Italy.
Digital Theatre’s recording of the live production of Frantic Assembly and State Theatre Company South Australia’s acclaimed performance of Things I Know To Be True by Andrew Bovell will be available to Digital Theatre’s worldwide education audience from February 22. In Aria, ten of the world’s most creative and celebrated directors were each given the same brief: to choose a piece of opera music and then present a visual interpretation of that music with complete artistic freedom.
