Mahajak Development recently outfitted the Lido Connect entertainment complex with Harman audio to deliver high-quality sound and flexibility for cinema screenings, live music, performing arts and other events. Lido Connect is a multipurpose entertainment and retail venue located in the former Lido Multiplex Movie Theatre in Bangkok’s Siam Square.

Gower Street Raises 2021 Global Box Office Estimate

The APAC gain is entirely due to China, which has made its own further encroachment within the APAC region, with a reduced market share of worldwide box office in the region’s other key markets: Japan, South Korea, and Australia. China is expected to represent nearly 34 percent of the global box office in 2021, compared to just over 28 percent in 2020. Japan, meanwhile, sees its market share halve from 12.2 percent to just 6 percent. Korea drops from 4.1 percent to 2.4 percent, and Australia from 2.7 percent to 2.1 percent.

However, they can also be a potential source of harmful content for children and other sectors of society and contribute to the spread of illegal content inciting to violence and hatred. European media law has long contained provisions to try and limit potential damage to viewers on traditional media.

CineLife Releasing New Worlds: The Cradle of Civilization

CineLife Entertainment, a division of Spotlight Cinema Networks, will release New Worlds: The Cradle of Civilization, a co-production between Dorn Music, Makuhari Media, and Neda Film, across theatres in the United States beginning February 2nd, 2022. On a glorious Greek evening, screen legend Bill Murray and world-renowned cellist Jan Vogler rock the Acropolis with a timeless mix of poetry and music.
