Garden Cinema Celebrates 94th Birthday
The Greenfield Garden Cinema in Greenfield, Massachusetts will be celebrating its 94th birthday on March 11. As part of the festivities, the theatre will offer two free movies for the public to choose from: Singin’ in the Rain (1952) and Pee-wee’s Big Adventure (1985).

Flix Brewhouse Opening New Luxury Cinema
Flix Brewhouse has signed a 15-year lease with Shops at Broad in Mansfield, Texas to complete and open a nine-screen luxury theatre this fall. The nearly 40,000-square-foot facility was originally scheduled to open in 2020 until construction stopped with the COVID-19 shutdown and remained suspended due to subsequent distress in the movie theatre and shopping center industries.

Imax Corporation today announced two new appointments to its board of directors: Gail Berman and Jen Wong. An award-winning executive with a diverse career across film, television, digital media, and Broadway, Berman is currently chair and CEO of the production studio The Jackal Group. Wong is a celebrated business leader who is currently COO of Reddit and has led digital sales and strategy across global media firms including PopSugar and AOL, as well as Time Inc., where she served as COO and president of digital.
