Kaegi is a featured channel partner on AOL.com Style Addytude, with eight million monthly viewers, and her company Addy.media was the first to do live streaming and VOD of the New York, Paris and Milan Fashion Weeks.

Interactive Guides Enhance Event Cinema

To enhance the Lincoln Center at the Movies experience for audiences of all ages, Lincoln Center Education has created interactive guides to accompany screenings of the Great American Dance series. Presented by Lincoln Center in association with Fathom Events, Lincoln Center at the Movies: Great American Dance brings spectacular dance performances by four of America’s leading dance companies to approximately 600 movie theaters throughout the U.S. in the fall and winter of 2015. The on-screen hosts for the series are Live with Kelly and Michael stars Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan. The series opened on September 24 with San Francisco Ballet’s Romeo & Juliet.

Santikos Theatres has made history by opening the first ever multiplex in Texas powered exclusively by laser cinema projectors. The Texas-based exhibitor’s new Casa Blanca Theatre will feature Barco laser projectors to illuminate all 16 screens. Santikos was one of the first exhibitors to embrace Barco’s Flagship Laser projector.

Earnest Sets UK Box Office Records

Last week’s live performance of Oscar Wilde's The Importance Of Being Earnest from the Vaudeville Theatre in London's West End to 460 cinemas in 11 territories across Europe achieved a gross box office of £508,041, according to Rentrak. Broadcast by More2Screen and produced by Kim Poster and Nica Burns, the live cinema event across 372 sites in the UK had the highest opening week gross for any commercial West End theatre production screened in cinemas and the second highest-grossing feature on the night, outsold only by The Martian.

FuseFX Brings Penn State’s Nittany Lion to Life

FuseFX recently helped bring life one of the country’s most recognizable college icons. Penn State University’s Nittany Lion statue flexes its muscles and leaps from its stone pedestal in a national television commercial promoting the school and its students as connected for life. The 30-second ad, which airs during televised Penn State athletic events, won an Emmy Award from the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. It earlier won a Telly Award.
