Odeon, Prime Video Partnering on Unique Entertainment Package
The British Association for Screen Entertainment has announced the trial of a unique new visual entertainment partnership between Odeon and Prime Video, in association with multiple major UK film distributors. From October 1 to November 7, consumers who purchase an Odeon cinema ticket across a range of new films will unlock a 40 percent discount on a broad selection of electronic sell-through films on Prime Video to download and keep. Consumers will have one month to redeem the offer via a unique code given to them at the point of purchase.

The Santa Fe International Film Festival has announced that renowned, award-winning actor Bryan Cranston will be honored with its prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award on October 19, at the Lensic Performing Arts Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In addition, the festival announced it will open with Netflix’s The Piano Lesson directed and co-written by Malcolm Washington and close with Disney’s Out of My Mind directed by Amber Sealey.
