The Adobe Foundation, USC Annenberg, and Dr. Stacy Smith have released the results of the first-ever The Inclusion List, a new data-driven ranking that provides the titles of the 100 most inclusive theatrically released films from 2019 to 2022.It also highlights the top distributors associated with the movies on the list, names eight individuals as the top producers and showcases two top directors for inclusion across the time frame evaluated.

Top honors go to distributors Universal Pictures and A24; producers Will Packer, James Lopez, and Kevin Feige; films The Woman King and The Farewell; and directors Gina Prince-Bythewood and Lulu Wang.

Other important notes:

This latest collaboration builds on Adobe’s commitment to creating greater inclusivity, access, opportunity, and creativity for all. In February, the Annenberg Inclusion Initiative and Adobe Foundation together launched a landmark website on inclusion among Academy Award-nominees and winners ahead of the 2023 Academy Awards ceremony.

Adobe has also supported many emerging filmmaker programs with Sundance, USC, and more.

Amy White, the Global Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Adobe and the Executive Director of the Adobe Foundation, will be speaking on a Cannes panel alongside 3 filmmakers with short films at Cannes, all of which were cut on Adobe Premiere Pro.
