VAB Appoints Lauren Leff VP Marketing and Communications

The Video Advertising Bureau has appointed Lauren Leff as vice president, marketing & communications effective immediately. In this newly created role, Leff will oversee the organization’s internal and external communications supporting the VAB’s advocacy and dedication to providing advertisers and their agencies with the most current and actionable media insights on the expanding world of premium, multi-screen video content.

The Video Advertising Bureau has appointed Lauren Leff as vice president, marketing & communications effective immediately.Leff is a media and marketing industry career professional having previously led PR and communications at cinema advertising network National CineMedia, MSNBC, CNBC, and Showtime Networks, as well as independent public relations agency teams representing Discovery, HGTV and Telemundo, among others.

Her prior experience partnering with some of the most well known brands in the media and advertising business to help advance growth opportunities makes her an excellent addition to the VAB. Most recently, Leff was a senior vice president at New York’s Kite Hill PR overseeing account teams for Salon Media Group, Branded Entertainment Network, Trusted Media Brands and cross-device marketing technology company, Tapad.

Prior to joining Kite Hill, Leff led advertising, media and entertainment industry accounts at DiGennaro Communications including Live Nation Entertainment and GreenLight Media & Marketing, an LA-based entertainment branding agency.

She is based at the VAB’s New York headquarters and reports to VAB executive vice president Danielle DeLauro.
