The Immersive World of MSG Sphere will be the topic this coming Saturday, April 23, during SMPTE’s day-long sessions about the future of cinema during the National Association of Broadcasters convention in Las Vegas.The future of entertainment promises multi-sensory immersive experiences, and new experiential platforms for artists and creators to share their vision in a way never before possible. The most ambitious project of this kind – MSG Sphere – features the largest and highest resolution LED screens in the world, cutting edge audio technology, and full multi-sensory effects. 

During this Keynote session, Andrew Shulkind, head of capture for MSG Sphere Studios, will offer a glimpse into the future, sharing the vision, opportunity, and pursuits around this unprecedented new entertainment medium.

Following the keynote presentation, he will be joined by MSG Sphere Studios’ Chris Dee, senior vice president, production and show technology, Ralph Winter, head of creative, and Nathalie Van Sasse Van Ysselt, senior creative director for a fireside chat panel, that will offer an in-depth discussion detailing MSG Sphere’s unparalleled creative possibilities.

Richard Welsh, senior vice president of innovation, Deluxe will be the moderator.
