SM Cinema, Philippines, Signs Multi-Year Deal with Vista

Vista Cinema has signed a multi-year deal with SM Cinema, the Philippines largest film exhibitor. The arrangement is the first for Vista in the Philippines and will give SM customers easier access to seat reservations, ticket purchasing and concession sales.

The arrangement is the first for Vista in the Philippines and will give SM customers easier access to seat reservations, ticket purchasing and concession sales.SM Cinema, which has 65 sites and more than 350 screens representing approximately 50 percent of the Philippine cinema landscape, is a subsidiary of SM Prime Holdings, the largest mall operator in the Philippines. One of the key drivers of change for SM Cinema was the need for an improved customer engagement approach and a focus on increased market share, through using Vista loyalty and its capabilities.
