Shin Kong Cinemas, a member of the Shin Kong Group, one of Taiwan’s leading financial, retail, and entertainment groups has selected Arts Alliance Media’s Screenwriter Theatre Management System to provide automated scheduling and content management for every screen in SKC’s estate across Taiwan. The deal marks AAM’s first entry into the Taiwan market.
AAM CEO Patrick Foley said, “SKC are ambitious, innovative, and devoted to excellent customer service. Over the 15 years that we have dedicated to digital cinema technology, AAM has collected considerable business insights that we are excited to share with them. We are thrilled to support them and all their ambitions by providing a software solution they can rely on as they grow.”
SKC is planning to expand into more sites rapidly over the next three to five years. To ensure stable, sustainable growth, one of SKC’s key business initiatives is to automate many of their complex operational tasks to reduce the technical workload on their employees. Investing in the right technology at this stage will make it easier for them to open new sites in the future and allow them to focus on differentiating their customer experience.
Screenwriter enables site staff to monitor, control, and automate their hardware, content, playback, and key delivery messages from a single intuitive interface.
Screenwriter’s integration with SKC’s POS system allows for seamless scheduling and immediately reduces the number of manual tasks required of their site staff. SKC will reap these and other scalable benefits during their expansion, as Screenwriter allows for the quick training of new staff, and integrates directly with AAMs enterprise level software solutions.
