Sharp NEC Display Solutions Europe has been selected by the San Sebastián International Film Festival to be its digital cinema projectors partner. Working with systems integrator Kelonik NEC’s projectors will be used at the 69th edition of the event, which ends September 25.
Since it was founded in 1953, the SSIFF has achieved global renown and is recognized by the International Federation of Film Producers Associations as a ‘top category competitive film festival’. The festival provides an outstanding cinema experience to its attendees, with large screens and dual projection capabilities. Last year’s event attracted almost 2,626 accredited industry guests, some of whom attended online due to the global pandemic.
