After a successful multi-site trial, Omniplex Cinema Group has entered into an agreement with Dublin based Unique Digital for the circuit wide implementation of RosettaBridge Theatre Management System, RosettaNet eTMS and Basekey KDM management systems.
Omniplex Cinema will add TMS services to their existing Unique Digital Movie Transit installs, the end-to-end system now capable of delivering DCP Feature and Advertising content from delivery source directly to screen.
Omniplex CTO Ben Hearne said the willingness of Unique Digital to go ‘toe to toe’ with the other options during a period of assessment – allowing for both operational and functional comparison – was key in his decision-making process.
“Unique made the choice fairly straightforward in the end. Unique understood what I was trying to achieve for my workflows. I’ve been impressed with the product suite for a while, it all works nicely together and we are continuing to transition to the new platform across our sites,” he said.
