Due to the ongoing public health impacts of the COVID-19, National CineMedia will hold its annual stockholders meeting in a virtual meeting format. The meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. MDT on April 28 at NCM headquarters in Centennial, Colorado. Stockholders will not be able to attend in person.
Click this link to access the virtual meeting: www.meetingcenter.io/247597223. To login to the virtual meeting a stockholder must have been a stockholder as of March 2 and will be required to have a control number and password. The password for the meeting is NCMI2020.
If stockholders hold their shares through an intermediary, such as a bank or broker, they must register in advance to attend. To register a stockholder must submit proof of their proxy power reflecting their National CineMedia holdings along with their name and email address to Computershare.
Requests for registration must be labeled as “Legal Proxy” and be received no later than 5:00 p.m. EDT April 23. Stockholders will receive a confirmation email from Computershare of their registration.
