Miraj Cinemas, which calls itself India’s fastest-growing multiplex chain, has opened three-screen multiplex in Faridabad to provide the best-in-class cinema experience coupled with modern technology. The newly launched multiplex has a total seating capacity of 689 seats.

The newly launched multiplex has a total seating capacity of 689 seats.Followed by a special screening of the recent Bollywood release, Vikram Veda, Shri Vikram Rao, deputy commissioner of Faridabad, inaugurated the multiplex and was joined by Shri Imran Raza , commissioner, municipal corporation (Manesar), Shri Pankaj Setia, SDM of Faridabad and Shri Amit Maan, city magistrate of Faridabad.

Amit Sharma, managing director, Miraj Entertainment said, “We’re pleased to dedicate our first multiplex in Faridabad to the locals. I’m grateful to all the dignitaries for taking time out of their busy schedules and gracing the inauguration ceremony of our new multiplex. We wanted to provide customers with the same audio and visual quality of films that filmmakers aspire to present to their audiences. We have succeeded in achieving that goal to the best of our capabilities. Life in general and the economy of India have come back to pre-COVID levels; we’re hopeful that moviegoers will enjoy various scrumptious food & beverage options at our signature Chef’s Corner and live kitchens across India this festival season.”

Miraj Cinemas is celebrating ten years of success this year. In addition to its national expansion plans, Miraj has kept up with technological advances that benefit moviegoers in tier two and three cities and their counterparts in major metro cities.

Miraj Cinemas has 165 screens at 56 locations across 14 states and 38 cities. The company plans to expand to 200 plus screens by fiscal 2023 and hopes to launch 70-75 screens yearly.
