GQT Movies, a chain of 22 movie theatres headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, has adoped CES+ Cielo theatre management system to run its 174 screens in the United States. CES+ will oversee the implementation of Cielo’s technology across GQT Movies locations, including future locations the chain will represent. The platform will enable GQT Movies to reduce support costs while increasing uptime levels through features like smart alerts, hands-on customer service and more.
