GDC Launching New Products at CinemaCon

GDC Technology Limited will launch the company’s latest products at CinemaCon 2022, the world’s largest convention for the exhibition and distribution community, which is being held April 25-28 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. GDC will showcase the new SR-1000 media server with the audio capability of rendering up to 32-channels of DTS:X immersive audio that supports SMPTE’s ST 2098-2 immersive audio bitstream standard.

GDC Technology Limited will launch the company’s latest products at CinemaCon 2022, the world’s largest convention for the exhibition and distribution community, which is being held April 25-28 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. GDC will showcase the new SR-1000 media server with the audio capability of rendering up to 32-channels of DTS:X immersive audio that supports SMPTE’s ST 2098-2 immersive audio bitstream standard.Continuing to build on the launch of the Espedeo Supra-5000 RGB Plus Laser Phosphor Cinema Projector, GDC has added new features to enhance the image quality and sound experience, such as offering various built-in options for a 5.1 / 7.1 / 15.1 cinema audio processor and a DTS:XTM decoder that supports the IAB standard. The Supra-5000 now offers the capability to reproduce an incredibly deep, rich listening experience designed for 5.1 and 7.1 PCM uncompressed surround sound functionality. With the Supra-5000 featuring DTS:X with IAB support, audiences can immerse themselves with object-based audio technology for a 360-degree audio experience.

Additionally, GDC will showcase recent development to enhance its enterprise software solutions, including the TMD-2000 Theatre Management System and TmsAward App, the cloud-and web-based CMS-3000 Central Management System, and the cloud-and-web-based NOC 2.0 Network Operations Center.

Once again, GDC is sponsoring the Admit One registration packet for CinemaCon delegates and is the co-sponsor of the International Day Breakfast on April 25 at 8:00 am in the Palace Ballrooms l and ll, Emperors Level.  Also on April 25, GDC will host an invitation-only special event for its dealer network from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm.

During the Trade Show hours, GDC will showcase its new products and stage a live demonstration of its Supra-5000 laser projector with CineCache 2 terabyte built-in memory storage and built-in cinema audio processor to playback DTS:X IAB content, along with other technologies in automation and presentation for exhibitors to enter the emerging mini-theatre market. Additionally, GDC will demonstrate its new SR-1000 IMB that renders up to 32-channels of DTS:X IAB content.
