Back by popular demand, the Event Cinema Association has announced the return of the ECA Slate Day – its first in-person event in more two years. Slate Day will take place on May 26 at Vue Westfield, London.
The event will feature presentations of upcoming 2022 event cinema titles from a wide range of content providers including Trafalgar Releasing, CinemaLive, Piece of Magic, Pathe Live and Nexo Digital.
Tom Linay, content business director of Digital Cinema Media will serve as the master of ceremonies.
Comscore’s Luke Williams will provide a box office update. There will also be insight sessions about gaming, virtual reality and how to effectively attract younger audiences to event cinema content.
