CineXpert, which runs network operation centers and provides theatre management systems is offering free connectivity and service activation to new customers now through the end of the year.
CineXpert founder Thierry van der Kaa said he sees the move as a way to help cinemas optimize their operational and restart costs. He said his company cancelled the costs for e-TMS and e-NOC service of existing customers while movie theatres were closed during the pandemic.
“This crisis seriously affected and affects our industry,” said van der Kaa. “We are all in this together.” CineXpert customers include, among other, the Kinepolis Group and the Cannes Film Festival.
