Cinemeccanica is once again serving as the technical sponsor of the 79th Venice International Film Festival – La Biennale di Venezia – which is taking place now through September 10.
Cinemeccanica will provide the Biennale di Venezia the equipment for the projections in the theatres during the event and will provide qualified resources to support the festival operators.
For this year's festival edition Cinemeccanica will technically manage 10 halls, delivering the secured projection of the contents using two lighting solutions.
One uses xenon lamps and the other uses pure RGB lasers.
Cinemeccanica says this is a proprietary RGB Lux laser source able to provide a wide range of brilliant and natural colors (Rec2020) and an even light distribution with more than 95 percent uniformity.
Also, once again the screening of the movies in competition and in presentation, will be managed by Cinemeccanica TMS Streamer that provides direct streaming of the projection of the contents stored in the central server, simultaneously in multiple cinema halls.
