Working in partnership with local, regional, and national organizations, Brewery Arts provides theatre, dance, music, exhibitions, and cinema, and community programs in Cumbria, in northwest England near the border with Scotland.Recently the fifty-year-old organization decided to upgrade its existing cinema rooms and worked with Ferco to lend its expertise to the refurbishment. Ferco’s Paragon 588 seat was selected for the project.

Featuring linked seating and cupholders, the 588-cinema seat was customized for this project due to the building’s space restrictions. With 169 fixed seats in one auditorium and 107 in the other, eight removeable seats were fitted to create a disability discrimination act space when required.

Noted for its compact shape, low back, and variable seat centers, Ferco says the 588 offers stylish cinema seating where space is a consideration.
