Trafalgar Releasing will present The Rocky Horror Show to cinemas worldwide next month.
This brand-new Australian production of The Rocky Horror Show will be broadcast live to cinemas for one night only from the magnificently restored Theatre Royal Sydney, in honor of the iconic Rock ‘N’ Roll musical celebrating its 50th Anniversary in 2023.
The film will be presented on Thursday, March 26.
Starring Australian superstar Jason Donovan as Frank N Furter with Myf Warhurst as The Narrator and directed by Christopher Luscombe, The Rocky Horror Show is one of the world’s favorite musicals and features timeless classics including Sweet Transvestite, Damn it Janet, and of course, the pelvic-thrusting, show-stopping Time Warp.
Two squeaky clean college kids – Brad and his fiancée Janet – are driving to visit their former college professor when their car breaks down outside a creepy mansion.
Looking for help, they meet the charismatic Dr Frank’n’Furter and so begins an adventure they’ll never forget, filled with fun, frolics, frocks, and frivolity.
