Christie has installed a Solaria CP2230 DLP digital cinema projector for the Space Tour 4D Theater at South Korea's largest theme park, Everland. Its Korean partner, Eugenetek Corporation, assisted Christie in the installation. The effort is part of the renewal process for the immensely popular Space Tour 4D Theater.
There visitors are transported to an exciting virtual world where they experience realistic 3D images, dynamic motion seats, and special effects such as strong winds as they explore the space frontier and enjoy vivid adventures in a totally immersive environment. The upgraded Space Tour 4D Theater officially reopened April 25.

Besides the Space Tour 4D Theater, Everland also uses Christie technology for its other attractions. The Pororo 3D Adventure, a fun-filled 3D theater performance starring the adorable TV character, deploys two Christie Solaria CP2230 projectors to display 3D imagery. Another popular attraction named K-POP Hologram, combines technology and K-POP cultural contents to enable visitors to "meet" their favorite Korean pop stars in an entirely new medium through three-dimensional hologram made possible with two Christie Roadster WU20K-J 3-chip DLP projectors and five Christie DWU670-E 1-chip DLP projectors.
