Woodland Hills-based Hollywood Software has signed an exclusive deal with independent entertainment studio, Group 1200, to utilize its TDS Distributor product for all upcoming theatrical releases. The studio, which is fast growing into a market leader in the acquisition, creation, production, distribution, licensing and marketing of a wide range of anime, TV shows and movies, chose Hollywood Software to support the distribution of its theatrical products.
“Group 1200 is a company that’s releasing a few films now, and has significant plans to grow,” said David Gajda, president, Hollywood Software. “What’s great about TDS is that you don’t have to be one of our large studio clients to utilize the software. We can accommodate the major studio, mini-major and independent studio with one single efficient solution.”
