Bollywood’s Light n Light announced the launch of its first branch outside India at a welcome event held at Abu Dhabi’s Dusit Thani hotel last week. Light n Light joins twofour54’s campus as an end-to-end service provider that has worked on films and television lighting projects for the best production houses in Bollywood.

Bollywood’s Light n Light joins Twofour54.The event was attended by twofour54’s acting CEO, Maryam Al Mheiri along with special guests Arbaaz Khan and Prakash Jha. Also in attendance were well-known Bollywood producers and directors, Deepa Motwani, Riyaz Menon, Vishnu Rao, Priya Seth, Gopal Shah and Sudeep Chatterjee.

Al Mheiri said, “India is a key market for Abu Dhabi and twofour54 continues to cultivate this relationship with the Indian film production industry. Through our combination of production services, unique locations and 30 percent rebate incentive scheme, we are proud to have attracted several Bollywood film including Baby, Bang Bang and most recently Dishoom.”

Al Mheiri added, “Our ability to attract productions like Dishoom and Star Wars is only possible as a result of the integral infrastructure and eco-system that we have built and continue to build. Welcoming Light N Light to twofour54’s community is another milestone in completing the value chain of Abu Dhabi’s media and entertainment eco-system.”

Light n Light has worked on more than 4000 commercials, 200 Bollywood films and over 20 International films and this is the company’s first ever expansion outside of India. Light n Light has three branches across India at Mumbai, New Delhi and Hyderabad.
