This weekend general audiences will be able to get the 4D experience at Regal Cinemas L.A. Live Stadium 14 theater in partnership with L.A. Live and theater operators AEG.

The 17th Shanghai International Film Festival opened with the screening of the classic Chinese film Stage Sisters, which has been fully restored in 4K. Directed by the late Chinese director Xie Jin and first released in 1964, the 50-year-old film is now widely regarded as Xie’s masterpiece.

Fandango has added Harkins Theatres, Digiplex Destinations and Premiere Cinemas to its cinema network. These latest exhibitor agreements bring Fandango’s ticketing conveniences to an additional 1,000 screens in a dozen states including Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.
